Although rooms were adequaately sized the carpet was spotted and needed cleaned and/or replaced. It set the tone for the ... stay. The location leaves a lot to be desired. I would not stay here again.

Orbitz Refund Policy Sucks, Kept Waiting

Was unable to start trip due to heat wave. Tried to cancel reservation at hotel, got major runaround from Orbits Agents. The ... waiting time for agents to help me is not acceptable. Was on the phone for almost 2hrs of and on. Cancelation was not completed due to Agenrs inability to contact hotel reservations. No more Orbits.

we were just on a one night stay before heading over to our next destination and they were quick with getting us our rooms ... and the room was clean and quiet. the sleep number beds in the lindbergh suites left us fully rested for the next day. oh and FREE shuttle service to the airport. which is only a mile away and you never hear is even once. no planes no nothing. and the food we ordered at 1130pm was awesome.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS WE'VE STAYED AT. IT WAS NOT CLEAN, THE SPA WAS BEING "REPAIRED", POOL WAS COLD, BEDS WERE ... AWFUL. SUPPOSED TO BE AIRBED, KEPT DEFLATING THROUGH THE NIGHT. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN EVEN THOUGH WE GOT A FREE NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE BEDS. YOU MUST LEFT THIS HOTEL WRITE THEIR OWN EVALUATIONS, THEY WERE NOT AT ALL WHAT IT WAS REPRESENTED TO BE. WON'T USE ORBITZ AGAIN. CAN'T TRUST YOU.

Good Night's Sleep

To begin with, the room was clean and very fresh. A wonderful King Sized bed which gave my wife and I a very good night's ... sleep. The Hotel Resturant had an excellant menu and the room service brought our dinner in a very reasonable time. We liked the fact that it is within 5 minutes of the Airport. We will definately request the Radison Hotel next time we fly to Portland Oregon.

The Radisson Hotel Portland Airport was a bit of a challenge to find, but worth it. Despite being near the airport, the room ... was very quiet and very large. The sleep number bed was easy to adjust and very comfortable. Great value if you are looking to spend a night or two. Somewhat off the beaten path if looking for a long stay.

The neighborhood this one is in leaves a bit to be desired--warehouses, office buildings etc. The hotel itself however, was ... wonderful. Very clean, brightly lit, very nice room with a COMFORTABLE adjustable bed. The staff was very accomodating when I made a request for more coffee and some creamers. All in all, it was a very nice hotel with a view of a small lake from our room. I would not hesitate to stay at this facility again!!

This facility is a great place of convenience. It's very close to the airport and only a few blocks from I-205 which bypasses downtown portland. However, it's only a few miles to a major mall and downtown.

Difficult to locate

Rooms were good sized, nice view over lake with ducks and rabbits near the window. Overall hotel was very good, including the ... personnel. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Only real problem was that it was difficult to locate when driving into the area. If you came by plane the hotel provided a free shuttle which was also good seeing that we stayed a day after we turned ou=r rental car in
