Overall very pleased with the hotel and it's services. Was able to use the computer and printer, the shuttle to and from the ... airport was prompt and the food and service were good. Too cold to go swimming. Trip was for medical reasons. We would go back.

Overall very pleased with the hotel and it's services. Was able to use the computer and printer, the shuttle to and from the ... airport was prompt and the food and service were good. Too cold to go swimming. Trip was for medical reasons. We would go back.

The Radisson Hotel New Orleans Airport, Kenner, Louisiana was comfortable however lacking in service. As a full-service hotel ... I expected help with my luggage checking in and express checkout in the morning, neither was offered even though a customer service person was standing next to the desk when I checked in. Truly, this hotel was lacking in service!
