the room was downstairs it was grubby there was damp on the carpet all round the sink. cobwebs on the cieling though the ... staff were very nice it did not compensate for lack of choice in restaurant

There were ants everywhere... including the bed! The toilet didn't work, there was no hot water in the sink (and barely ... enough in the shower), and the FedEx jets provide an unexpected 4am shaking wake-up call. The worst hotel I've been to in years.

When we first got at the hotel, we checked in and precedded to our room. Were we surprised, we opened the door and the bed ... was unmade, a dirty glass was on the table beside the bed and TV was on. We went back to the clerk and received another room. When we got in that room the linen on the bed was dirty. We finally got in touch with manager on call and she assured us she would have someone to change the linens, we waited and we waited no linens. Well my husband got involved and he went down to the desk and talked with the lady behind the counter and she finally got something going. She gave us another room, which was better. We will never stay at another Raddisson again. This was the worst encounter we had.

Great location for a quick overnight stay close to airport but the room not so clean and the mildew smell was bad. Didn't ... notice the smell right away because the AC was set at 64 (freezing)when I first arrived.

Family trip to Tennessee included a night stop in Memphis to visit Graceland. Hotel is close to Graceland (15 min); however, ... be warned that you are right by the airport. Hotel does supply ear plugs free of charge. Front desk staff was friendly, room was clean and they do have a sleep number bed. Areas that need attention are 1) Although you can control the temperature in your room, that is about the only place that will feel cool in the summer. The Hotel seemed like they had the air conditioning off. 2)Their restaurant needs much improvement. The milk they served our son was rotten. They provided our drinks but never came back to check on us. Several people were leaving and the family sitting next to us, were also having many problems of getting wrong items and returning the food as it did not taste good. Also, while waiting, it turns out that the family advised us of not to order their special (which we did) and also that they had paid $30 less than what we paid. You could hear the staff arguing in the kitchen so we simply just left money on the table for our drinks and walked out. 3)The rooms were clean but the outlets in the room did not look safe to use. Looks like they exploded so we didn't take any chances in plugging in our cell phone chargers. 4) When I asked to use their business center for computer use, the computer did not work. When I advised them, they did not offer an alternative. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are paying 2 star prices.

It was a pleasant stay. I had to pick my wife up from the airport. Dinner in the hotel was very good. The only problem i had ... was i clogged the toilet and when i called room service for a plunger they never brought one. When i called that morning no one ever brought one and when i went to the front desk they didn't get one for me. The staff seemed to be new to the hotel so it didn't bother me. Good hotel if you are not picky.

The Radisson Memphis Airport, hosted our Family Reunion last year. I thought then the rooms were clean and the food in the ... hotel resturant was very good and it still is today. The Staff is extremely helpful. The purpose of this trip was to visit with family and visit the grave site of where my father is buried. I chosed this hotel, because is it convenient to my family and close to the Interstate, plus the rate that I got was the best that I could find. I would recommend this hotel.

Plane flight was cancelled. Instead of getting to Memphis at 7 PM I arrived at 1 AM - had a 6 AM flight the next morning.... ... United lost my luggage - its been 5 days - still lost - the trip sucked - one of my worst in 35 years of traveling!
