Excellent Hotel and the Staff was great. Hotel is very close to the airport. But if you are looking to be near Central ... London, it's not a good place to stay. It was my first time to London, next time I know to stay in Central London, where all the excitement is at. Cheers

There is a free bus from LHR to the hotel, but you need to ask in the airport about it, the hotel staff does not tell you that (I called).
