Room Was clean and spacious. Fridge and micorwave were a good thing to have. Sofa was a plus (comfortable) for watching TV. ... Limited Cable channels though with no spanish channels for my viewing. Note: Most Hotel offer local channels and lots of cable channels. This hotel only around 30 channels. The room however had a strong chemical odor that took a while to get used to once inside. Too much chemical cleaner may have been used. Breakfast was cooked to order and that was the highlight about this hotel stay. I would definitively recommend this place to anyone though who wants to spend less than $100 per night.

The room was nice size. Living Room with 2 big beds w/balcony. Bathroom & shower was very nice. Plenty towels & room cleaned ... every day at same time. Very quiet except for a few trucks but okay. The entire block is hotels & have nice jogging path around entire complex so you don't have to worry about traffic. The lobby closes late night but you can ring bell for service. Early morning free breakfast was awesome!

Great experence! We went to knotts berry farm soak city and Newport beach. Without driving more than 20 each way. The rooms ... were in great shape. The made to order breakfast was the highlight of the trip for the kids. They enjoyed watching the staff cook the food they ordered.

The stay at this hotel was very disappointing. After checking in, we were handed notes with our room keys stating that there ... would be no water in the room the following day. Plumbing appeared to be a serious issue as work was being done all 3 days of our stay.I booked and prepaid for 2 kings size rooms, only to receive 1 king and 1 double. The rooms were dated, dark & the wireless signal was weak. After prepaying for the rooms, additional charges were posted to my credit card. When I called to inquire about these charges i was told they were "taxes" that Orbitz had not covered. I shared my feedback about the hotel with the gentleman that answered the phone, he did not even acknowledge my concerns (he confirmed my email address to send my receipts for the additional charges and hung up). I would not recommend this hotel for business (or any other) travelers.

I recently stayed for two weeks at the Quality Suites John Wayne Airport. I was a little skeptical because the price was ... relativley low for the area. Nevertheless, I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is outstanding for the business traveler. It is about 5 minutes from John Wayne Airport and is about 1/2 block off of the freeway. However, I never noticed any noise from the airport or highway. The wireless high-speed internet was always available and trouble-free. The grounds are very well kept, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. I did not know that there was on-site Budget car rental, or I would have taken the free airport shuttle to the hotel and rented the car from there as well. The breakfast was fantastic and free! The girls cooking were always friendly and greeted me with a smile every morning. I was disappointed to see very few people tipping them, however, which is a shame considering that the breakfast is free. The hotel is also extremely clean. They even mop the sidewalks every day. the rooms were spacious and well appointed. My only complaint, and it is admittedly trivial, is that the channel selections on the hotel television were not very good. There were plenty of news and sports channels and the basic networks. However, the only movie channel was Encore. HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, or TMC would have been nice. Even a pay-per-view option would have been welcome. All-in-all, I would definitely stay here again. The value was exceptional.
