Welcomed by friendly front desk attendant. Gave us info about the mall and shuttle service to take us there. Rooms were ... clean and comfortable. My son loved the pool and I enjoyed the whirlpool - very relaxing at the end of a long day of driving and walking the mall. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay here again.

The indoor water park just down the street that is hooked onto the Radisson hotel is amazing. My son had a blast doing the water slides and on the lazy river. My husband couldn't get enough of the Flow Rider - where you surf on a boogie board or surf board. A great time!!!

Excellent service especially with the shuttle. The Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. Close to the Mall of ... America. Affordable, with quality service I would recommend and we will return to stay on our next trip.

We caught the shuttle to the Mall of America. Very convenient. Didn't have to worry about parking. Walmart right across the street from hotel so walking to pick up a few extra items was not a problem.

I had a lot of luggage and I had all kinds of trouble opening the front doors - you had to PULL them toward you (no automatic ... doors either). The internet access kept dropping out. The shower water was not hot, and not even what I'd consider warm. The TV was poor quality - fuzzy (yes, my eyes work fine). Rooms were fairly clean. Overall, poor quality experience.

We arrived early and we were able to get our rooms. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were clean and didn't reak with smoke. ... Glad it was a non-smoking facility. We left another hotel one day early to get away from the smoke-filled, smelly rooms. A microwave would have been good to have available, but we survived without one.

The worst smelling room ever!!!

In 45+ years I have stayed at many hotels. The Quality Inn and Suites near the Mall of America (Minneapolis, Minnesota) was ... without a doubt the worst smelling hotel room I have ever encountered. I believe that someone must have had pets in the room that were not properly trained and the room was never properly cleaned. Unfortunately the hotel (and most others) was fully booked when we arrived and could not get another room somewhere else.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and it's only a few minutes from the airport. We were particularly impressed with the ... evening desk clerk, who managed to remain gracious and helpful while juggling an endless stream of calls. The next time we have to stay near the airport, we'll stay there again.
