Non-smoking room smelled of smoke.Newly remodeled, but lack of attention to details showed poor maintainance such as, paint ... drips, damaged acoustical ceiling tiles, wall paint pealing as if water damage, door lock was sticking, elevator was sluggish and noisey.Breakfast was extensive with pastries, juice cereal, oatmeal, and eggs. Eggs were not great.For the [...] price an okay deal for the location, but at full price, go somewhere else.

I would stay there again, very convienient to French Quarter and Uptown via either car or Trolly. We attended the Jazz ... Festival. Beautiful foliage covers the patios and buildings. Great 24 hour diner & Bar-B-Q rest on next block. Plus, a popular elegant rest. across the street.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was really helpful in getting you to your room. However ... I was not happy with the parking being off from the hotel and the fact that the hotel was not liable for any damages or theft on their property. They might as well not provide parking which cost you $17. Overall I would recommend this hotel as it was a great sleep, clean room, and hospitable staff.

This hotel is very conveniently located if you are visiting Toulan or Loyola U. The hotel's amenities are fine. The ... rooms were neat and clean, but they could use some updating. Overall, the hotel met our expectations. It's fine for a few days. We would not spend more time there.
