Service was friendly. Everything was clean and looked nice. Quiet. Breakfast was good, but there weren't a lot of options. ... Overall good place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Max's Wine Dive in downtown Austin near the Convention Center is fantastic. Seating in and out of doors, decent wine selection, and great food. Wine tasting on Saturdays at lunch time.

A fine room

There was a long line at check in and only one person manning the desk. At check out there was no one manning the desk. It ... turns out that the only employee on at the time was also in charge of driving the shuttle to the airport. I had to wait close to 20 minutes to check out. This coupled with my wake-up call being 5 minutes late could have made me late for my flight. Once I was able to talk to a staff member they were very friendly. The hotel is EXTREMELY close to the airport. It could only be more convenient if it were actually IN the airport. However, the hotel is surrounded on 3 sides by trailer parks and the 4th side is a noisy highway. There are no restaurants in the area, and one has to drive a good distance to get dinner. The room was clean and relatively quiet. The free wifi was fast. Everything in the room worked, and the pillows were remarkably comfortable.

i automatically was upgraded to a junior suite because there were many available, the beds were soft, bathrooms big, 2 tv's ... and a very friendly atmosphere.

No frills. Main thing it has going for it is location. We had early morning flight and it was very quick trip to airport. ... No complaints, just don't expect fancy. Not the best for nightspots and long stay in Austin, but for airport travel, can't be beat.
