This hotel is a surprisingly great value. Close to the airport, clean and quite. It gets the job done at a very fair ... price. Large room offer great comfort.

Great room and very reasonable price

The Quality Inn Hobby Airport was very comfortable, spacious, clean. It had a separate living area with a table and two ... chairs, as well as a refrigerator and microwave. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom, and the shower curtain hung from a curved rod that allowed for more space in the shower/bathtub. An iron and ironing board were stored near the closet area. The only problem we encountered with the room was a fluorescent light that flickered constantly (very annoying). The only beef I had with the staff is that when I went down for breakfast at 9 a.m., the coffee pot had already been turned off (there was lukewarm coffee in the thermoses). I was the only traveler in the dining area, but there were three staff members visiting with each other in the adjacent office area. One staff member was finishing a bowl of cereal in the dining area when I arrived. There was evidence that breakfast had been eaten by quite a few people before I arrived. I got the impression that the staff members were somewhat disgruntled or had a chip on their shoulders. Luckily, the coffee pot in our room made good coffee.
