Hotel was a great place to get away for a day. Nice location and rooms were clean with an awesome clear glass sink in the ... bathroom. The only complaint I have would refer to my room location. It was located right next to the mechanical room and a belt started to squeek around 6 am. Maintenance was called but the problem wasn't resolved by the time we left. Oh and make sure you pick the right parking garage

Overall, the Quality Inn provided for what they do best: quality. The location was great and just a very short walk to the ... Harbor, which is what we wanted! The parking garage was definitely among the cheapest in the remote area and very close by. A complimentary breakfast was provided and the beds was comfortable. When we left for the day, they made our bed and changed our sheets when we left for the day. The only complaint I have was that the nice flat screen TV was right above the desk. Although we didn't need the desk or TV, it would get in the way of a person needing the work space, especially a laptop, and was just not an ideal place of a TV. Had the TV been located on the wall right in front the bed, it would have been more ideal and perfect!

I liked the hotel and location very much. The drawback was the parking . It was in a nearby garage that was unattended and ... very lonely at night. I was very glad that I was not alone because I would not have felt safe. I probably would not stay again because of that.

The hotel was wonderful. I was going to Baltimore to have a nice, relaxing weekend to recharge myself. The hotel was quiet, ... clean, and beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and it was only a short walk to the Inner Harbor. The desk and free wi-fi were welcome as well.

We chose this hotel for the location ( walking distance to the Inner Harbour), and it was that, but nothing else. It took ... approximately 45 min to get into our room--no one could get the key to work, what a shame they found one that did... The room was EXTREMELY small and we were tripping over everything just to move around...the only way to use the table was to crawl OVER the bed, and the beautiful HD, flat screen tv was mounted on the wall - on the side of the bed, at the headboard. GREAT location if you don't care to watch tv. No need for a wake-up call since there were no darkening shades for the windows and the sun comes up QUITE early. We were aware we needed to park in a parking garage, but not that the garage was a CITY block and a half away, and upon arrival there was no where to unload our luggage -- we drove around the block a multitude of times looking for a parking spot within walking distance just to check in and get our luggae to the hotel. We did inform the front desk of our room concerns, more than once but "Oh well" And, yes, there was a hot breakfast provided, oh yeah ........

Hotel was in a great location and was with in walking distance to eveything in the inner horbar of Baltimore. The knocks are ... that there is no free parking but besides that there was free breakfest in the morning, rooms were clean, beds were kinda of hard if you like a hard bed you'll love the ones there. For the price and the location you can beat it. My girl friend and I wouldn't mind staying there again. Enjoy.

We stayed one night. We were attracted by the price and the close proximity of the Inner Harbor area. This was our first ... time to the area. When we first saw our room - it seemed quite small and basic - however, the price was better than any in the area. We also noticed that there was a little water dripping onto our bed, I think from a sprinkler head. We called the front desk - they responded immediately and set up two maintenance people. When they saw what they were up against - they immediately suggested that we move to another room - he left and returned in 5 minutes with a new key and helped us move our things over to a nearby room (which was actually a little roomier than the first). So we give this hotel an A+ for responsiveness. The location wasn't bad. A short walk - 5-10 minutes to the Inner Harbor area.

very nice hotel. room was a bit of a squeeze. Had a room with a Kingsize bed and you couldn't even use the desk as the ... chair did not fit. It was kept in an alcove by door. But room was very nicely decorated and very clean. Location was easy to walk to many places, but I found the parking situation to be lacking. There is a public garage across the street but though it says it closes at midnight during week, it really closed at 10pm, and at 6pm on Sat!! The 24 hour lot which wasn't too far though would have been impossible to lug your baggage to and from. If the garage directly across from hotel had better hours it would be much better.

We loved this hotel! Our room was gorgeous! Looked like everything had been recently updated. The room was NOT very ... spacious, but still very nice. Quite a walk to the Inner Harbor, but it was doable. The neighborhood is a little scary at times.

This was my first time to Baltimore and I was delightfully surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It was in a great location, ... only a few blocks from the Inner Harbor, it was very clean and the rooms were clean and had all the ammenities you need. Great service and great location!

Location close to Inner Harbor but might want to take a cab if you're out late in the night. Room was clean and up-dated but ... a.c. unit was a bit loud. Overall good deal if you book early enough to get a good rate.

The hotel was clean, rooms were very comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being downtown Baltimore. The breakfast bar ... was well stocked and fresh! Short walking distance to the Inner Harbor. Inner Harbor prices are very steep, both dining and attractions. Parking was the problem! It would have been nice to know ahead that the only parking was a Parking Garage across the street and what that expense would have been.

Glorious renovation ...lovely upscale decor in room. Front desk very help. Environmentally wise availability of local ... information ...no stack of glossy paper in the room, but everything was available in the lobby, including a lovely breakfast. Very convenient to Inner Harbor activities.

Hotel was VERY difficult to find. Sign was very small on building. We past the hotel several times before locating it... Also ... the phone number for the hotel did not work, so we were unable to call for directions. It was very frusturating. However, once we finally located the hotel.. everything was great! Rooms were small.. but very clean and very nice! They were newly remodeled this year. Hotel pricing was very reasonable. The hotel is located very close to the Inner Harbor. It is within walking distance, which is great! Now that we know where the hotel is located, we will stay here again! Recommened. :)
