Do you really wanna sleep??
JLD Oct 28, 2009
We stayed at the hotel because it was near down town and close to where me and my girlfriends were going to stay at that ... night. Where do we start with the problems... 1) The pillows on the bed were the the size of shoe boxes and soft as could be 2) The elevator to get to your floor were pretty scary 3) The shower was very tempremental almost what you could say is bi-polar. It was opposite. When you wanted cold water it was hot when you wanted hot it would go cold and then when you were in the middle of your shower it would just change. Not to mention the shower head was made for people under 5 ft. 4) The sink was tempremental as well. When you wanted it to be hot water it would be cold and when you wanted it cold it would turn hot. Crazy water they have there 5) The outlets in the room were pretty useless. The one near the door to our room you couldnt even plug anything into it. When you plugged something in it would come right out. 6) If you want to sleep...don't stay here! The walls and windows are paper thin and you could here lights and sirens all night long along with people going home from the club running up and dow the street screaming.

If you are looking for a nice clean room, no fantastic amenities in a great location, you can't beat the price.

If you like sleep don't stay here!
Traveler Jul 28, 2009
Very loud traffic noise all night long. Light bulb in bathroom burnt out when we requested a new one we were told to wait ... until the next day. Finally one was brought to us and we had to change the ceiling light on our own. I would never stay here again. The shower pressure was great but if you are tall you need to stoop low in order to get the suds rinsed off. The bottom sheet on one of the beds looked as though it had not been changed.

Good value
Kathleen Apr 25, 2007
In the Capitol area of Sacramento, rooms at reasonable rates are hard to find. The Quality Inn is a good value for the ... business traveler as well as the sightseer. It provides comfortable rooms and beds, free parking (which doesn't come cheaply in that area), and free wireless internet. Those last two items sold me on that place! It was also two blocks from the capitol, the conference center, and the performing arts--easily walkable. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, making check-in very easy.
