We basicall stayed here because all the rooms in Jerome were rented and that was our real destination but we were pleased to ... find that it was only a short disance away and there were also a lot of interesting shops in the area. The breakfast left a whole lot to be desired and the fact that there are no decent breakfast places in the vicinity was not good. The room was ok but way overpriced for what it was which was basically a motel room with an outside door. The towels were skimpy and the shower was terrible with no pressure and a skinny stream of water. The heater was difficult to work and there was no hall light. Otherwise it was sufficient for one night, but at $123 in Cottonwood, it should have been much better with a decent breakfast instead of hard boiled eggs in ice and cold bread---yuk!Also, don't understand why check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am??? Shouldn't one get at least 24 hours for the money?

After an exhausting day of horseback riding, my Grandson and I were treated to an exceptionally clean and cool room. We ... immediately changed into our swim suits and took a nice long soak in the hot tub and a refreshing dip in the clear, cool swimming pool. The area was immaculate. The next morning we hit the continental breakfast- where we found more items than normally served in a traditional continental breakfast and again- the area was immaculate. The staff was friendly and had a map of the local area to give me so I could find our next destination. We were very pleased with our experience and want to stay longer next time.

The Comfort Inn in Cottonwood was a very nice place to stay.The cleanliness and quality of room was nice.The location was ... nice and scenic except that at night the streets around the place were not well lit. I did not feel safe walking in the area at night. We had an issue with the shower knob which took two and one half hours to correct (needed one metal screw)in the knob. I needed a shower after travelling all day and asked for a diferent room and was turned down. I was told by the desk clerk that an adjustment would be made to my bill upon checkout because of this inconvenience. There was no adjustment made and I did not make an issue about it. The breakfast was adequate for starting your day. Overall I was satisfied except for the one issue and the lying desk clerk. My wife and I stayed here for two days.

Not as comfortable as I thought

We did a late night check-in and the staff was very kind to wait for us until we arrived. However, the room was not up to our ... expections. The room was very spacious but the bed was not comfy and the wall b/t the rooms were so thin I could almost hear the fight in our neighborhood (which made me wake up as early as 5am).

The Quality Inn Cottonwood was a bit old in terms of the furnishings. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and not very ... effective. It was very nice in terms of having access to the Internet for free, and providing a refrigerator, microwave and coffeepot. The mattress was comfortable and the room was a good size. It included a table with two chairs, a recliner, a desk with chair, a dresser, a luggage stand and a king-size bed. The sink and vanity provded a large counter space and was separate from the bathtub and toilet. The continental breakfast was above average and the computer with printer access and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch.
