Would recommend to a friend!

We just stayed one night, so the room was a great value for this. Although we did not use it, there were several people ... enjoying the pool. The hotel was on the edge of a business/industrial park, and since we did not know the area, it took us a while to find something to eat for dinner. The room had a recliner, so this was a nice touch for watching TV (although there were a limited number of channels available). The best part was the continental breakfast-make your own waffles, fruit, oatmeal, cold cereals, bagels, juices,etc.

The Quality Inn, Tempe was very comfortable, with lovely landscape and large rooms. Their service, to include the shuttle, ... was timely and polite. The bathroom was clean but showed signs of aging. Overall, this was a great experience.

This hotel was located not too close nor too far away from all of tempe's attractions. we were very comfortable and airport ... and/or train noise wasn't a factor allthough both were close.

The room was dated. Renovations were limited to the lobby. The noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. We heard doors slamming ... all hours of the night and we had to catch a 6:30 a.m. flight out. The light in the restroom was not working so we had to shower in the dark. A part of the drywall in the vanity/restroom area was missing - a truly disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Quality Inn Airport East is very family frendly as well as comfortable, the front dest agent even ask if I would like a ... room on the second floor, when I said no I had a bad leg he found one close to the main parking. I was greeted and regestured with in minnutes everything was in good working order and clean. There is a microwave and a refrigerater in the rooms this was very nice do to the hours I would come and go. and the location was only two exit from the Arizona Mills Mall where I needed to go several times a day.

We chose this airport because of it's low price and proximity to the PHX airport. When we arrived at the airport the free ... hotel shuttle came shortly to pick us up and we had no problems checking in. The room was comfortable. It wasn't luxurious, but met our needs well. There was a vanity sink separate from the toilet/shower area. The room and area were quiet, which was also nice. I did wish there was an elevator to the 2nd floor where we stayed (it's a two floor hotel), but we managed to carry our luggage fine. The next morning I took the airport shuttle back to the airport so that I could rent a car. I was very impressed by the aid given to me by the driver and everything was very convenient. It's about 10 minutes to the airport to the hotel.

service was excellent. 24 hr. coffee and tea in the lobby was great. perfect airport location and shuttle. the lobby, pool, ... and computers are all are located perfectly; close. if i'm ever in tempe again i'll definetely be staying here again.

There were ROACHES, ironing board was completely broken, tv remote did not work, the DELUXE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST included, ... apple or orange juice, toast, and cherrios. The air conditioner did not work properly. In regards to reporting the issues to the front desk, it might as well have been as if I did not say a thing. I am VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to go to the front desk because our air was NOT working I was told it would take a hour or so to cool off because the ... room had been closed and the air was off all day. By morning my entire family was soaking wet with sweat and our daughters room was the exact same no air. I went to the front desk and explained how the shower water facet was not working the coffee maker was not working. The staff came to the room and said that yes the air and other problems were all correct. The housekeeper went in seach of a room with working air, she did find a room but again with ony 1 bed. That night I would have to ask for a cot. When we returned that night it was late, we tried to open the door and found that our keys did not work,again we were forced to the front desk. The very RUDE young woman behind the counter argued with and my husband that we had somehow demagnatized the keys. We would later come to find out that when they switched our room earlier in the day they had checked us out all together. Now the next day I had the DO NOT DISTURBsigh out and there was a knock at the door it was housekeeping saying that we needed to check out because thats what they had marked on the paper and we were not planning on checking out at all we had already payed for another night. Our stay with this hotel will be one of those stays that never be forgotten. Really ROTTEN!!!!!!!!!
