it was a bad experience, they didn't have my rooms I sleep in a small room the first ninght and had to change to another the ... next day. I will never ever again make reservations on this Hotel.

We basically used the hotel to sleep. We had breakfast for a few days.The space used for breakfast is on an open space;bees ... and flies get to the food easily.

Older Mexican style family hotel. Suites comfortable good for local familise but utilities outdated. Staff prompt in ... repairing/replacing broken appliances etc. Proprety close to down town. About $5 in a cab. No cable TV, internet or spar.

Puerto de Luna is a very good hotel, large, spacous rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. The staff were very good and ... attentive. I will come tp PDL if the price is right. Very good.

The cleanliness was lacking. The bathrooms had visable hair in them and the floors felt gritty. The pool was adequate, ... however all the lounge chairs were falling apart and tiles literally fell into our hands off the walls of the pool. We attempted to eat at the restaurant but they closed at noon, for the day, and we arrived at 12:15pm. The overall experience was very unsatisfying.
