Best location in Cabo
Linda Nov 10, 2009
The hotel offers great front desk service, friendly activity staff, neat/clean rooms, great restaurants and a beautiful pool ... area. It is one of the best locations in Cabo to easily walk into downtown Cabo or to the Marina. Our only disappointment was dealing with Grayline to return to the airport. We were given a pick-up time almost 4 hours before our flight left. We called Grayline to arrange a later pick-up and it was refused. We ended up cancelling our return transportation to the airport. If there is any way to receive a refund for this portion of the shuttle cost, we would appreciate it. We would never again book Grayline shuttle transportation as part of our package.

Overall this hotel was great. The hotel is actually a time share resort. If it is just a couple going on the trip no need for ... the luxary suite, the regular rooms are actually better. Over all great and I would go back there again!

Great time at the Pueblo Bonito Los Cabo
JBell Oct 11, 2009
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel/resort. The location was spectacular and we would definitely go to this hotel ... again. The only thing I would complain about is that the food and drink prices were quite high. Although, it seems all tourist spots, i.e., hotels, restaurants, bars, etc. are very pricey! Other than that, we had a great time. Unfortunately, no matter what resort you are staying at, you will be bombarded with time share salespeople. We were constantly approached no matter where we went with time share sales. We came to the conclusion that you cannot be a resident of Cabo San Lucas unless you complete "Time Share 101" classes! We felt the resort was in the best location of all the resorts in Cabo. Very charming!!

"The Office" is a restaurant right on the beach a few doors down from the Pueblo Bonito. It is a great atmosphere for dinner. We really enjoyed this place for a dinner location. It is a bit pricey, but worth it. There was a great jazz band playing and it was beautifully decorated with candlelit tables and flowers and tiki torches everywhere. Quite a nice evening.

I travel to Cabo for business frequently and have stayed at several local hotels including Bueblo Bonito Sunset. It is my ... pleasure to recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to travel to Cabo San Lucas. This resort is, by far, the absolute best! The staff is very friendly and I get the impression that they do actually care about their guests. The only place I choose for my family is Pueblo Bonito Blanco!

Relaxing peaceful getaway!
A tired teacher needing to relax! Aug 18, 2009
The rooms were spacious and clean. Enjoyed having a kitchen in the room to prepare food if needed. Room balcony overlooked ... the ocean. The view was beautiful. Pool was large. It was not crowded and was mostly families and couples over age 30. Everyone was very attentive to quests. The grounds were kept very clean. The poolside food was very good and the pricing reasonable. Had bad experience with one of the restaurants Cilantros. Did not enjoy the dinner and felt it was overpriced. Overall we would highly recommended this location for a family vacation as well as a place to get away to relax.

FromSF Aug 17, 2009
We absolutely loved the Blanco. It has a fantastic location-great swimming beach (which is really rare in Cabo) and walking ... distance to downtown (or a super cheap cab ride away). The rooms are not the most updated but they were huge and spotless. The staff couldn't be nicer. In Cabo in general there is a lot of push to go to a timeshare presentation. We went for the free stuff and went and visited their sunset beach property. So glad we didn't stay there! Very spread out, the pools were all about the same (no cool features or water slides), and no one was on the beach and you can't swim in the water. Blanco may be older but is way, way, way better.

Rizeks Aug 4, 2009
Too short of a stay on our part. The worst thing was getting 'harrassed' @ the airport upon arrival and @ Wal Mart. We were ... talked into attending a 90 minute timeshare presentation @ the Maya Resort, which turned out to be a 3 hour ordeal with very, rude and unprofessional staff after we declined to purchase a timeshare. We were forced out of the resort thru the bottom level admin bldg and made to feel discriminated upon by our own American businessmen??? Very RUDE!!!

Travelling Bob Jul 15, 2009
PB Blanco has excellent friendly staff and well-maintained facilities! Great location on swimmable El Medano Beach. ... Concierge staff was of great help in booking boat and land tours. Lots of info available. Only a ten-minute walk into the heart of CSL for restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, Marina Blvd. was torn up due to road construction which made some areas a challenge for walking. Visited all four PB hotels, Rose next door to Blanco and the Sunset and Pacifica on the west side of CSL adjacent to the Pacific Ocean. All excellent hotels in their own right. One negative, at times during the day at the Blanco, too many unsupervised youngsters in the pool.

The Bianco Blanco is an excellent resort hotel, and we felt that the staff were well trained to take care of our every need. ... Room service does those little extras that make a stay special (our towels were always done up into Swans or other towel art); the consierge was every ready to serve; the pool side staff for Cilantro's restaurant were ever attentive without being overbearing; and Cilantro's was an exceptional restaurant--the best sea bass I have ever had anywhere!!
