Wonderfu view from the balcony. Room was next to the elevator, but we did not hear any noise. Breakfast in the dinning room ... was very good and reasonabe priced. Very nice room for the reasonabe price.

We were very impressed with the staff and the room! The staff worked with us for a top floor room. The lobby/lounge area was ... great and the views were incredible! We've stayed there before and will certainly stay there again. It was a great deal. Our family members stayed in another hotel with the same star rating and they got unchanged sheets!! Our only 'minor' complaint was the walls were a little thin...but no more than most hotels.Our room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated!!

Make sure you experience the infamouse Whiskey Row and Courthouse Plaza. If you continue west on the main road, you can't miss it! The shopping, dining and history is great. Then also, all the little antique stores just NE of the courthouse. Spent hours walking the downtown area & enjoying the weather.

The experience at this hotel was terrible. We were treated very poorly, provoked by the security staff and asked to leave for ... voicing concerns about how we were being treated by security and making the director of security aware that I was not please with his antogonistic approach. While walking from the lobby bar to our room the director of security approached us in the hallway as we were about to enter our room and shouted at us that we needed to get in our room and go to bed or we would be removed from the hotel. I told him that is where we were headed and that he needed to mind his own business (this was the first time I had seen this employee since I arrived at the location at 3pm). I then entered my room and went to bed. His demeanor and actions were very unprofessional. 10-20 minutes later there was pounding on our door and the security guard had 2 deputy sherriff officers and one police officer with him. I opened the door and was told to leave. I asked why and they said it didnt matter. There was no substantive reason for our removal and no explanation provided. I called orbitz to get a refund based on the fact that there was no reason, other than a security guard's hurt pride or ego, for our removal and was denied. I will now have to dispute the charges through VISA. I will not be using Orbitz for any future bookings.

We selected Prescott Resort & Conference Center because it was resonably priced, close to where we needed to be and got good ... ratings. We were not at all dissappointed. I don't think there is anything that could be improved upon. It sits at the top of a hill just before you get into the town of Prescott. Beautiful view during the day and especially at night! The hotel was super clean, hotel staff very helpful. The room was much much more that we expected. Huge suite, two tv's, refrigerator, balcony with view, coffee and coffee pot for first thing in the morning, hair dryer. Don't think it could have been better!

I was there for a golf tournament and the location was fantastic. Any of the major courses are less than 20 minutes from this ... hotel. Although they have feather pillows and comforters (which my wife and I are allergic to) the staff promptly brought up cotton items so we could sleep. This is the first time we traveled with my son (9 months) and the hotel was very accommodating.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only one day the room was not cleaned very well. Dont know what heppened ... there, because every other day the room was spotless and done early in the day. The pool is terrific, salwater, no chlorine smell as in most hotel pools. Room service was delicious, timely, and quite inexpensive. The restaurant is good and has a breathtaking view. Loved having the casino nexdoor, lots of fun!!

Purpose was for family funeral of elder brother who resided in Prescott. Usually would stay with him while visiting. Had ... family funeral dinner at Thumb Butte Restaurent in resort and appreciated both the quality of the food and the friendliness of staff. Will stay at Prescott Resort and Conference Center again upon return to Prescott.

I liked everything about the hotel and would recommend it to someone else.But, I did not like the loud music from the band ... that sounded into our room on the second floor. We had been traveling all day and needed the quietness in our room. I would recommend the hotel but please ask to stay on another floor away from the band in the Lobby area.

I just loved the new remodled rooms. I had stayed here before and it was nice but its even nicer now! We traveled with ... friends and they also were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean thats a big deal for me. I thought the beds amazing and my girls loved the inside pool.

Several dining choices in the area. We enjoyed breakfast at Zeke's located in the Frontier Plaza. Costco and WalMart both located near the hotel. Close to downtown Prescott where you can enjoy the downtown area.

There is a FANTASTIC Italian restaurant on Gurley Street called Genovese's. Everything we ordered was unbelievably good. The Dinner Belle is great for breakfast. Hardy meal at a reasonable price!
