Everything is fine. The room is fair. I booked this hotel because the reviews here are good. But the room is not as good as I ... expected. Anyway, this room for this price is just fine. One weird thing is the house keeping man knocked on the door and waked me up at 8:00am. I never met so early house keeping in my life. So don't forget to hang the no-disturbing tag on the door in this hotel.

Great location and a nice place to stay.. very easy to get to the interstate, and to get to where we were going.. I loved ... that there was coved parking, and that you had to use your key to get in. I wish you guys would have more brochures for stuff to do close to where we were staying..

The helpful staff made my visit to see family most enjoyable. I found the property very clean inside and out. Pretty spring ... flowers decorate the well maintained grounds. Especially happy to stay in a non-smoking inn. Highly recommend for your next southside visit to KC.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The room was a good size and very well maintained. The only issue being not being ... able to control the temperature of the room. There was a thermostat, even when set to heat, it was still blowing out cool air. Reception staff were helpful and efficient. The hotel links right up with highway and ajoins a large mall/shopping area, which is convenient for getting dinner.

The Pear Tree Inn was more comfortable,roomier, and cleaner than most rooms at the same price. I was really superised at ... the friendlyness of the staff. They always spoke and the room was always cleaned to my satisfaction. I just everything about the Pear Tree Inn and look forward to staying there again.

I was in town for a business meeting at a nearby, 2-3 times the price hotel. I felt much better about spending 1/3 the money ... for my room while still staying in a safe, clean, positive environment that offered both a continental breakfast as well as a happy hour in the evening. While I didn't get the opportunity to take advantage of the evening happy hour as my meeting began during that time, I still appreciated that it was available. This was the first time I had ever travelled overnight on my own without my husband and I felt very safe and comfortable there.
