Additional Information
• While the performers never intend to douse the audience, it sometimes does occur. Therefore, the first three rows—A through C—are "wet seats."
• Tickets must be picked up no later than two hours prior to show time
• Doors open (1) hour before show begins
• No cameras are allowed in the theater
Restrictions
• Children ages five (5) and under will not be admitted into the theater
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Redemption Instructions
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail linking to a voucher. You must print and present this voucher at any box office on the Luxor property in order to redeem services. You must show your photo identification in order to pick up tickets. Tickets must be picked up at least one (1) hour prior to show time or they will be released.
Terms and Conditions
Voucher may be redeemed for O by Cirque du Soleil. Voucher may only be redeemed once.
Cancellation Rules
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
