This was a business trip and the hotel had everything needed so that I didn't have to leave the area. The cafe was very ... convienet and had good food. The hotel staff are extremely hospitable and it's apparent that they enjoy what they do. Would like the breakfast included in all meals and a discount for not using the daily housekeeping service. I don't change my towels, sheets, etc. daily and I didn't use the housekeeping service at all during the week.

I stayed at this hotel visiting a friend, upon entering the hotel I found the staff to be very responsive and respectful to ... me. Within five minutes of being at the reception desk I was well on my way to my room. The room was very clean and neat. The room had a modern feel to it and had a huge window overlooking the city. My only complaint would be the internet provided on the tv is very old and outdated. I made a one time purchase with the intent of checking my e-mail from my room and the browser was so old the browser didn't even recognize it. This at a cost of 13 dollars. But disregarding that slight negative I would without a doubt recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area its simply wonderful.

the hotel was opertaing as a 3 star hotel. There was no bell man, and not much service provided. The house kkepers were nice ... and friendly, as were some of the receiptionists. The hotel entrance was blocked and the signed were confusing. No one was at the holtel main entry to guid you to alternative entrance. There was no top sheet on the bed and under new and apparently green policy the comforter is all what you get which is not being changed daily.

I came from USA and stayed at this hotel for two days. I was satisfied with the room but not the bath room. They did not have ... any soaps or tooth paste. we had to tell them to bring the soap and paste they did not have the first day but later we got it.The room was very clean and goog. But i think you should bring your own soaps and paste in case they run out of it.I will recommend it to those who want to see toronto CN TOWER and casa loma.Its very near. It had the good breakfast menu too. On the whole it was good.
