perfect locale at airport

check-in and check-out smooth. Reception staff very friendly and english very good. Restaurant staff did not speak much ... english and had difficult time trying to inform him that the breakfast was included in my stay. No shops or other restaurants close by. Need to take the CDGVAL (tram for the airport) to Terminal 2. However, most shops are on the other side of security. Take your passport with you. Plenty of restaurants to choose from w/o need of passport. Very clean and quiet hotel.

Rooms were very dirty. Sheets and blankets smelled used. The food selection was very limited and did not look appetizing when ... I was in the restaurant so I went to another nearby restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Inside the CDG Terminal

We arrived about 4pm. They gave us a room with a used shower and toilet and a broken mini-bar or refrigerator. We asked for a ... different room. The second was fairly dirty too but had not obviously been used. The staff was not friendly or helpful in any way. Their menu is very limited so we walked over to the Hilton and had a great dinner. The only reason to stay here is it is within walking distance of CDG and we were concerned about the crowds in Paris on the last day of Tours de France. We would never stay there again. The Novatel Wellness Conference was much nicer, had a pool and spa. We stayed there earlier in the trip and enjoyed it but it requires a taxi to the airport.

Other than 1 unfriendly waitress in the hotel restaurant and her very poor service, the place is a great option right in the ... airport at CDG. Rooms were well designed, efficient and clean. Full bar on site with free internet in the lobby. Nice patios when the weather allows.

We had a few days before flying back to the states and decided to drop off the rental car and stay in Paris, but we didn't ... want the stress of having to rush to the airport on the day of our departure. The airport terminal Novotel solved the problem for us. It is connected to both terminal two, where we dropped off the car and got our flight by airport light rail, and its located right next to the train that takes you into Paris. This very comfortable hotel made for a very relaxing last few days of our three week trip.

Room was tight but acceptable for one nite. Room was clean with all needed bath items. There is no staff to carry luggage, ... open up sofa bed. Food was good in very accessible restaurant; price was reasonable, if anything is in Paris!! My wife had been injured in a fall and I was hoping a wheel chair would be available...but even though I called days earlier, it was not possible. Would have thought they could have managed one! All in all, considering price, I would stay thre again.
