Present your voucher at the Gray Line Ticket Office at 17 East Monroe Street - Ground Floor of the Palmer House Hotel at least 20 minutes before your tour start time OR call Gray Line at least 1 hour before your tour start time for free pick-up service from any downtown Chicago hotel.
