We stayed at this hotel 4yrs ago and loved it. However this time it was totally different, rundown, staff was unfriendly did ... not have any suggestions for restaurants, for being an NH franchise was really disappointed and the computers they have in lobby for guests to use are extremely outdated and slow. Recommend using a guide when you are in Mendoza because there are some beautiful places you can stay.

Across from city circle park their are beautiful restaurants and hotels. I have been to Mendoza twice love it but recommend a guide.
