Wonderful

Lovely spot, great views of Hamilton, spacious rooms with a wonderful balcolny with table and chairs and lounger. Great ... room. Loved travelling by ferry. Hopefully a return trip soon.

Pick up some groceries when you are in Hamilton so that you have a few things in the room as there is no grocery store around. A wine store just up the street so you can get drinks there.

This is was my best vacation in years

I chose the hotel because it was one of the newer ones on the island, and because of the positive reviews on another site ... that advises on trips. I was not disappointed. The room was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The food, the staff, the harbor, all to die for. I will return again and again.

Anniversary weekend getaway
SWKayen Aug 10, 2009
We had an incredible weekend trip. We were first-time visitors to Bermuda and thanks to the Newstead we are going to be ... returning visitors. We arrived late Friday and were nearly too late for dinner, but the staff at the Beau Rivage were so accomodating and the dinner was incredible! What a fabulous start to our stay. The mussels appetizer was the best I've ever had, and the Scallops were to die for. (We also couldn't resist breakfast there two days in a row. The best Eggs Benedict I've ever had as well!) The suite was perfect, conveniently located on the Harbor for wonderful views all times of day. The favorite part for us was the EXCELLENT food to be had at the restaurant on site- Beau Rivage. We enjoyed an early nine-holes on the Belmont golf course and enjoyed the afternoon shopping in Hamilton. Sunday we took the shuttle to Horseshoe Bay for a wonderful morning exploring the beauty of the pink sand beaches. Sunday evening we walked about 15 minutes from Newstead to Elbow Beach and had cocktails on the beach at the Seabreeze before a luxurious evening at the Seahorse Grill. The tasting menu was the perfect end to our weekend getaway.

Incredible. Beau Rivage must be among the best dining spots on the island!
