Additional Information
The New York City Explorer Pass is activated the first time the cardholder uses it for their selected attraction option. Once activated it is then valid for the number of included attraction admissions the cardholder has purchased over a 30-day period.
Redemption Instructions
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email linking to a voucher. You must print and present this voucher along with a valid photo id in order to redeem services. Vouchers can be redeemed at the two (2) locations below:
