I liked the location, but the hotel is falling apart. The hair dryer smelled of burned plastic. The fan in the bathroom was ... shutting off by itself (overheating?). The staff neglected to mention the breakfast or give us cards for it upon check in. The access code for the free Wi-Fi was not provided on check in, and the staff was not available when called later in the night, to find out what the code was.

Typical Havasu Hotel

The Hotel is right on the water which is perfect for boat owners who like to beach their boat for easy access. The Hotel ... itself is typical for Lake Havasu. Clean, but not so much that you worry about getting a little sand on the carpet, older buildings except for the timeshare units, a so-so restaurant, a market for ice and drinks and a very cool bar!

Hotel is located right on the lake.Boat acessable with ramp. Also swimming. Nice restaurant that is also kid friendly on grounds. Small store located next to restaurant.

Bachelorette Getaway Weekend

We had a great time/experience at the resort. The location was great. Beautiful view of the Lake and was nice to stay on ... it. Beach, bar, Starbucks and everything we needed to get to were within walking distance and convenient. Rooms are not the nicest but they are clean and big. Great patios overlooking the water.

Good location for a stay at Lake Havasu. The room was so-so, a typical inexpensive motel room, but clean. Great views of the ... lake and surrounding mountains from patio. A little noisy on the weekend as large boats just outside your window started their huge motors up early in the morning. Plus, a lot of people partying until late at night. We thought the rate quoted was pretty good until we got to the resort and they notified us there was an additional $12 per day resort fee. When I questioned it, they said that was a mandatory cost to cover the continental breakfast and internet services. But, in the web description there was no notice of a resort fee, and the breakfast was supposted to be included. I would recommend this resort to a fellow traveler with the warning about extra fees in addition to what's quoted.

THE NAUTICAL INN HAS BEEN OUR FAVORITE SPOT ON THE LAKE FOR OVER 20 YEARS. THE LOCATION COULDNT BE BETTER...A LITTLE CROWDED ... ON HOLIDAY WEEKENDS, BUT JUST A GREAT PLACE FOR ANY KIND OF GETAWAY FOR A WEEKEND OR LONGER.

The Nautical Inn was great. The staff was very nice. The view was fantastic. We are coming back next year. We loved it. The ... staff was upgrading the paint out back when we were leaving. The rooms were clean and spacious. See you next year.

Very nice suite overlooking lake. Beautiful view! King size bed with tv and bathroom in bedroom. Small refridgerator pullout ... sleeper couch and tv in sitting room. Door leading out to balcony with small table and chairs overlooking lake. Great price for winter rate. Would definatley make a return vist to this hotel.

The hotel has beach accessibility with boat parking on the water. Very convenient. The room was a little worn but that works ... out since sand etc gets dragged into the room and you dont have to worry about making a little mess.
