NEEDS MAINTENANCE

The toilet ran, and I did not figure that out until morniing after being kept up all night. It would run, thunk noise, then ... quiet and start up again all night long. If I had realized it was in my room, I would have turned the fan on in the bathroom as it was the loudest fan I have ever heard and would have drowned out the toilet leak.

Our stay at Motel 6 was very poor. First, we got to our room which had 2 full size beds (one crammed up against the ... heater/air conditioner) there was only enough space for one bed, not two, and mattress and box springs were so broke down that sleeping in the car would have been better. Paid for internet didn't work in our room. Smoke detector battery started chirping in our room at 3 a.m. and woke us. Staff at front desk had the gall to ask if we wanted a new battery. Isn't it there job to do this? The lady at the front desk the next morning did not care that our stay was so bad. The Mattress I slept on was so soiled it should have been in the dump. I felt dirty when i left the room there was stuff as in dirt on the carpet, the mattress and not enough room to turn around.

The room is satisfactory for the price. The staff was helpful to find me a taxi early in the morning. Good stay if you are on ... a budget.
