Just couple of things will make it better: ice machines. the pool is great but will be better if it be heated, needs more ... clear signs inside the hotel and outside.

The property is deceiving in that it's to the rear of a commercial area. It was beautifully kept, quiet location and every ... one of the staff members we encountered we very pleasant and accommodating. The pool is unique in that it's a complete circle and while we stayed there was never more than 5 people in the pool area at anytime. We felt like we had our own private resort. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from Disney and about 2 minutes away from Old Town. The one bedroom was a very nice size and quite clean.

Overall my experience at the Mona Lisa Suite was very well. One thing that I wished they would have offered was a bigger ... selection on the complimentary continental breakfast. I've been to hotels where I payed less per night and received a much bigger selection for the complimentary breakfast. The mona lisa only served danishes, everything else had to come out of pocket. Had the selection of free breakfast been free, I woul've definetely gave this hotel five stars.

What a disaster ...

We checked in after 4pm with our 8 weeks old baby and the room was dirty. They moved us to another room with no apology ... effort. We wanted to get an on demand movie but the system was not working. They offer turndown service but we did not receive it, did not have a DND sign... At 2 am the fire alarm woke us up and kept all of us awake for hours... The room was clean but the carpet was dirty with lots of stains. I asked for clean towels in the morning at 7.30am since we did not receive turndown night before, I had to call back at almost 9am. They told me housekeeping starts late so they will deliver when they start... I would not go back or recommend this hotel. The service needs improvement. It was not worth the money we paid.

A great hotel to relax by the pool, very children friendly with a walk in shallow end, very relaxing, not a very busy pool ... the week we were there, amenities ideal for 2 small children, we stocked up the kitchen from the local supermarket for light snacks and drinks. Rooms were modern and clean, very neutral and tasteful. Location was ideal for us, about 7 miles to the Disney theme parks, celebration village was just down the road, very quaint and clean, great little restaurants, not for people that want loads of action and nightlife.

We were there for a couple of days business and then added 5 more days to relax. Our large 2 bedroom suite felt like home ... with the 5 appliances and 3 flat screen tv's, plus a balcony.Five minutes from the village of Celebration. Most interesting pool design.

We were so pleasantly surprised. A couple of days prior to this, we were in Tampa and were SOOO disappointed in our room. ... So this was a breath of fresh air. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom large. Nice kitchen. Nice LCD TV's on the wall. Pool was VERY nice. The weather didn't cooperate, but the pool was great. We didn't try the restaurant, but it looked nice.

We went to Universal. It'd been probably 25 years since we'd been there and I probably won't go again unless I'm with someone else who REALLY wants to go. The downtown area of Celebration is very nice. The next morning, we enjoyed our breakfast at the little restaurant in Celebration. Great pancakes!
