Spectacular for the price!

I stayed here for almost a week. I left Paris for a few days to visit friends in Bourgogne and was able to leave my extra ... bags at the hotel for no charge. The staff was very helpful. I found the location perfect for my needs- close to the trains stations that I used and at the center of some major Parisian transports systems-both the metro and buses are just across the street. If noise is a problem, be sure to request a room at the back of the hotel. The front rooms open on to the street across from the Gare de L'Est. Rooms had fans and a refrigerated mini-bar. Even though it is not what Americans might be accustomed to,I would stay here again for sure.
