the hotel was close to the airport, they shuttled us there so we didnt have to drive and we left our car at the hotel. it was ... my first time flying and the staff was very helpful with all the fight information made it less stressful for me cause i had no idea what i was doing

We arrived at 1:30 PM. Upon asking if we could check in, the man behind the desk said "Yes, but I'll charge you $15 early ... check-in fee". We opted to go get something to eat and return at 3 PM. After checking in, we found that the toilet hadn't been cleaned (It was OBVIOUSLY dirty) and the only thing provided (like shampoo, lotion, conditioner) was shampoo......... a bottle about 1/2 full. In other words, left from the last guest! The breakfast is continental, but hardly delux. All in all, I definitely would NOT stay there again, or recommend it to anyone.

I needed a space to unwind from a jam-packed 5 days at a conference before flying home. Checking in was such a welcoming ... experience - with a goody bag to boot. Being able to use my computer in my room, with a cup of tea from the refreshment area made me feel right at home. Have a window seat in my room was an added bonus - a great place to read a book. Service to the airport was prompt and efficient. Great value for the money.

The Microtel Inn and Suites Kansas City (International Airport)is a must for anyone flying out of MCI. The handicap room I ... stayed in was large, had high comfortable beds, and flat screen tv. Though it does not have a restaurant, there were lots of places to eat close by. Only negative experience was the tub was very high to step into. Really nice and friendly staff to check you in and out. I had a 4:30 a.m. flight and the shuttle was right there on time.

The Microtel Inn in Kansas City, MO is in a great location if your traveling to the hotel. The manager was great and the ... night staff even fed my 5 children at 4 am instead of the 6 am time. The room was clean and well decorated.

Awesome staff got us checked in quickly and gave driving directions for dinner. Beds were very comfortable, room size was ... adequate for the price. Breakfast was good, checkout a breeze. There were a few places on walls that needed touch up painting. I would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

The Microtel Inn and Suites in K.C was a good choice for me.I needed to return my car to catch an early flight. Instead, I ... saved money by returning the car the evening before and the hotel shuttle conveniently picked me up and took me to the airport the next morning. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and offered ideas of nearby restaurants for an evening meal. THe room was very clean and comfortable, however the heater was hard to regulate and too powerful for a small room.

The motel is very reasonably priced and is right by the airport. They have free wireless access, which is a plus, and park ... and ride to the airport. However, the walls are paper thin and there's a curious smell to the rooms. There must be a problem with theft as there is a sign warning against stealing the towels and even the soap dish in the bathroom was glued down. The toilet was broken and wouldn't stop running and there was mold on the shower curtain.
