Redemption Instructions

You must print and bring your voucher with you to present to Miami Nice Tour representative or you will not be allowed to participate in tour. Please call Miami Nice Tours at least 48 hours prior to your departure to confirm your tour date and time and whether you require pick-up service. The Miami Nice Tours phone number will appear on your voucher. Note: The tour bus is white with "Miami Nice" lettering. The driver will confirm your reservation and collect your voucher upon boarding. If you have any questions or concerns please call the number on the voucher.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services.
