This was my first time at the MGM. I have stayed at other hotels, but The MGM was GREAT! I had no complaints at all. The ... view from our room was beyond breathtaking. We saw the Signature Condos (by MGM of course). Room service was nice as well. I wished they sold those little soap bars like the Wynn (Las Vegas) does they have their OWN little store inside of the hotel that sells that stuff...bummer...

I did sleep better than normal when on vacation because the beds were super comfty, I did like the location of the hotel and ... did find things towards the end of the trip in the hotel that I didn't know was there and would have loved to seen what it was all about. If you like to drink there were plenty of bars just within the hotel itself, but they were a little pricey. The clubs within the hotel seemed to be nice I don't know about Tabu because I never got a chance to go but Studio 54 Rocked!!! Best night ever the whole trip. Watching the performance at the Crazy Horse was wonderful and gave you a feeling of the real Vegas entertainment but the Crazy Horse Saloon the staff was not very friendly and seemed to be all business and no [*].

--madmacs, NH Oct 26, 2009
Do not purchase the "Prima" card. The prima card is a prepaid $500 card that is purchased is essentially a credit on your room. The theory is that you charge everything to your room and you get special discounts - 50% off dinners, 15% off gift shops, 2 for 1 drinks, etc... Sounded great to us. Was NOT worth it. Supposed to work at ALL MGM properties but other properties would not take it. It not used by end of trip - you loose it.
