The Mariner in Tel Aviv is in a very good location. But, it is dumpy. The rooms were small with small windows, ugly view ... and it didn't seem clean, perhaps because of the age of it and being by the sea, things age more quickly. I would not go there again

THE MARINA HOTEL IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A 4 STAR ACCOMODATION. LOCATION IS CENTRAL BUT IN A VERY NOISY AND DIRTY AREA. IT ... FELT UNSAFE AND UNCLEAN. BREAKFAST OK. BUILDING AND ROOMS IN NEED OF REFURNISHING AND RENOVATING. WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN, POOR VENTILATION, ROOMS OVERLOOK VERY DIRTY RUN DOWN SQUARE, FULL OF NOISY CROWDS UNTILL VERY EARLY MORNING HOURS. OVERALL EXPERIENCE VERY DISSAPOINTING.
