The Hotel was the lowlight of the trip..
HB Oct 15, 2009
[...]They seemed upset that I couldn't find their hotel, too bad they had no reason to be since there were NO SIGNS TELLING ... ME WHERE IT WAS! Finally they directed me to an office down a random road, to a group of condo's called something different AND informed me that 4:00 pm on a Saturday is "late" for checking in and that our keys would be in a lock box. What a warm welcome this was! After fiddling with a lock box and following a poorly drawn map to another building completely out of the realm of where the hotel I booked online was located, we arrived to a musty, stale, 'don't want to sit on the furiture because I can feel the bed bugs crawling under my butt' kind of place. Luckly, we spent little time there and the vast majority of the time exploring the most beautiful, wonderful place on earth. Sleeping was the only activity done in the room and the beds felt like were never changed between stays. It was gross.

Full condo with great ocean view. Hard to find by directions because it has a Hawaiian name, which I can't remember, and ... "Marc resort" was in tiny letters under the sign away from the road. I happened to remember Saffron restraunt was there. We had a long walk to the spa/pool but had it to ourselves most of the time. It's a steep but paved walk down to the beach. Beautiful area with great snorkeling at Ke'e and Tunnels beaches. Sunset walk on the beach of Hanalei Bay was stunning.

Great for your Golf getaway
Bryan Oct 28, 2008
The Marc Resorts condo was very comfortable. There was no air conditioning but it wasn't necessary as the temperature at the ... time of our stay was not very mild. Ceiling and stationary fans provided adequate ventilation. The location was very convenient to area golf courses and a nearby shopping area.

Nice ocean view but really need to be on second floor to have a great view. Construction going on on the condo above us so ... loud music and sawing of materials on the deck so wasn't very restful during the day. Very large units and we liked that it had 2 sofa's. I thought the condo should include basic spices such as salt and pepper.

Awesome location
Thomas May 24, 2008
Marc Princeville was a wonderful surprise. It was spacious and just like moving into a nice home. We could watch the sunset ... just outside our patio overlooking the Napali coast, just a gorgeous setting. There were two bedrooms and two full baths, a washer and dryer and full kitchen. We could access many beaches along the north coast of Kauai, just a short drive from the resort. We used the little pool, but didn't try the restaurant. We could check in and out without even going into the office, with a key lockbox. This was convenient because we were up early and back late each day. I would go back here and spend more time. There are hiking trails that we didn't have time for, and many snorkeling spots and its close to the lighthouse, and to Hanalei Bay. It sort of overlooks the Queens Bath.

The best part of staying here was the view from this unit. Fabulous! Overlooking Bali Hai (Napali coastline)and the ocean. ... Princeville is a lovely area as well. The unit was clean and neat, but somewhat dated (scrapes on cabinets, etc.). Enjoyed having a kitchen. Excellent price.
