Manila during the typhoon
Sailing man Ron Oct 1, 2009
Of course with the flooding and rain , My experience was less then , But I would like to compliment the staff and the taxi ... drivers who did everything to make my stay enjoyable. Taxi's did get me everywhere I wanted to go , with some degree of difficulty . But I did get there and to me that is what counted. I cant wait to go back !!
Traveler type: Single
Eating in the room was mandatory the first two days as , I could not go anywhere due to flooding. But eating out is my preferred choice as it saves a lot of money. Shopping is also great in manila and a short taxi ride to some of the malls is worth your time.
