Nanna and Baby's weekend getaway!!

It was my first weekend away with my beautiful baby grand daughter and staff was very friendly when she smiled they always ... spoke and when I called downstairs and asked about breakfast and what fruit they had..the front desk gentleman went to check to make sure what fruit was out...which I appreciated.

Many things.. very close to downtown...a great place to stay with family due to the small kitchen... very afordable..and right downtown is the aquarium,zoo and childrens museum plus many others.

I stayed at the hotel while attending a concert at the nearby Reliant Stadium. The service was wonderful and the staff was ... extremely helpful. From providing details about the traffic patterns near concert time and even the complimentary shuttle service (which got me as close to the entrance gate as possible). These individuals went above and beyond to help make my short stay a smooth one. The room was great! Very clean and organized. Overall, had a fantastic stay with Main Stay Suites.

The free shuttle service stops at 9:00 pm. This works well when you need to get to an event at the Reliant Stadium before that time. However, if the event lets out late, you may need to take a taxi back to the hotel, which will run you about $8 to $10. Better than walking that distance back.

The hotel was fine, but I was staying for work with the state of Texas. There was construciton noise during the day, which ... was bothersome, but not serious.

Olive Garden Resturant was about 2 miles from the hotel. Go out of parking lot and turn left. Olive Garden is on the left.

The AC unit was condensing in the room and the carpet was wet. Magnetic door keys needed reprogramming right after ... check-in.
