This is a Riverfront Hotel in Bullhead City, located only 5 minutes to the casinos in Laughlin, Nevada, a half mile to public boat and jet ski launch area. Do not stay there. This place is dirty. Outside, dog poops, cigarette buts, and garbage thrown around. Inside, no heater ... markings to set the heater by, grungy faucet in dinning room, dirty fridge and cupboards, old soap and used shampoo left in shower, dirty baseboard, cigarette buts on patio, bottom of bed falling apart, pealing pain on bathroom door, missing TV in bedroom, and smelly . They also messed up the reservations.

This hotel served the purpose for traveling with a dog and not spending anytime there. If I didn't have a dog and had to ... spend anytime I would have been mad! Do not try to check in late (9:45pm, you get a very rude check-in. I room was given away to someone else because there toilet was broken. The room room keys didn't work the first time. The room smelled very musty.

very nice hotel pool area was very clean nice to just sit and relax it over looks the river, you can watch the ducks and fish ... below or the boaters.. you can bring your pet to this hotel very pet freindly...

Like staying at your friends house

Take into consideration you do get what you pay for, but the hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make ... sure I was comfortable with my stay. I started out in the standard room, and it was comparable to the avergae motel. Where you stay when you just need a fresh shower and a comfy bed, as far as how it looked and felt on the inside. The staff made all the difference! Great treatment! The second night I upgraded to the suite and it was well worth it. Great view of the river and is a great place to stay if you want to hang out at the lake or river all day, and you want a nice homey feel when you get back to the motel. It is like staying at your friends house for the weekend. It may not be a super fancy place but you do feel welcome and comfortable. I was impressed and will go there to stay in their suite again!
