Great stay in Montreal and at Sheraton
Escape from Washington Oct 13, 2009
The trip overall was great. I loved the big bed, but the pillows were too soft and was afraid I would self-smother myself ... while sleeping at night. Also, it was near impossible to get a cell phone signal inside the room. The signal was ok in the hall and even the elevators. I felt like I was being cyber-challenged and forced to use the 14.95$/day high speed internet service. The cost of breakfast went from the posted price of 19.95$ to 31.09$ with all the taxes and the tip. The hotel is between two underground lines so it made it very well located and convenient. Shopping on Rue Ste. Catherine was one block away so it was super!
Traveler type: Single
The Beijing soup place inside of the Subway restaurant on Rue Peel (basically one block away on Dorchester Square) is very affordable and good food. The soups were under 7$ and were a hearty meal in that cool Canadian air.

Great location but very old-fashioned
Leigh Dec 30, 2008
This hotel is in the middle of downtown Montreal, only one block from Ste-Catherine St. and a couple blocks away from ... Crescent, Peel and De La Montagne. Great are for shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself however, was a little disappointing. Very old fashioned, and looked like it has not been renovated in many years. The bed however, was very comfortable. Good place if you are not looking to spend much time in your hotel room.

Excelent amenities and location !
Karen Dec 28, 2008
We were welcomed to our room with a lovely small box of chocolates and wished Merry Christmas from the hotel, The Centre ... Ville Sheraton Hotel in Montreal. The bar/restaraunt personnel were very friendly and accomodating. The pool and fitness center were extremely well maintained . They had an array of equipment. It was a lovely way to spend Christmas away from home. I would highly recommend this hotel any time of the year.

Great location for Museums on Sherbrook.
Charles Nov 30, 2008
Our room was comfortable, on the 30th floor, with a beautiful view of the city. The in-room coffee maker featured Starbucks ... Coffee. The hotel consierge was wonderful helping us to find evening entertainment and making reservations for dinner. We had easy walking access to Museums, McGill University, and very nice dining choices. The weather at times was inclement and the underground shopping entrance was nearby. The hotel was easy to find driving from Route 10 into the city. Reaching the old part of the city was a hike but doable for sturdy folk. If it is very cold or snowing you would have to take a cab or public transportation.

Our room was small, and found it difficult for us both to work in the room at the same time. We traveled for business so ... next time we would prefer a larger room. As for the facility, the it is perfect for most business travelers. It is well located and the staff are friendly and professional.

This hotel was a-ok.We stayed there for 9 days We didn't eat there because it was cheaper on St Catherine St to do so.For ... what we were there for everything was very close to where we want to be.I don't think they should charge their guests for parking-19.00 a day.It really adds up if you stay for a while. The pool and exercise room were good, but they should install some over head fans to cool you off. Those floor ones don;t do the trick.Overall -very nice
