Redemption Instructions

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email linking to a voucher. Your reservation is not yet complete. You must contact Maverick Helicopters at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival to reconfirm the booking and provide other required information such as: passenger names, passenger weights and preferred flight times. The contact information will appear on your voucher. On the day of your tour, arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Upon arrival, present your printed voucher(s) and photo ID in exchange for service.

Cancellation Rules

Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable.
