We arrived in the middle of a tropical storm, the front desk wasn't very friendly but a supervisor pulled some strings and ... got us the room and suggested that we first inspected the room to make sure it was safe, at the end the front desk didn't care to ask about our stay when we check out, very dissapointed, but the a great stay after all.

Great location

Pro's Great location on Beach, maids very good. Good price - paid for a studio and was upgraded to a suite. Con's ... Timeshare people in lobby were pests. Pool - almost too cold to swim. Bed - very very hard. Staff not very friendly. Had to flag down waiters to get a beer at the pool. Check in/out - they helped other Spanish speaking guests before me and I was waiting longer.

Very Comfortable
Linda Mar 1, 2008
Las Flores was very nice. The bed was little hard but we find that in a lot of places in Mexico. The room was large and the ... kitchen was well stocked. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Laundry is right next door. There was a problem getting a beach lounge chair when the cruise ships were in. It seemed the staff catered to them instead of the hotel guests.

Lots of reasonabley priced restaurants with good food within a couple of blocks.

This is a hotel/time share location. It appears to cater primarily to middle class Mexican families. The service, ... cleanliness, room, bed, etc. were in line for the level of this hotel. The location right on the beach is good. Masatlan, in general, is a second tier vacation location, being somewhat run down, vacant buildings, etc.

I got an upgrade to a suite with ocean view and it was amazing! Super nice! Awsome to be that close and have the ocean and ... the island on sight The room was ok As long as the hotel ammenitites my stay was very short so pretty the room was ok, the elevator takes too long and it is very small. Overall is good, can't deny the great view.
