We spent the night and enjoyed the breakfast supplied. The room was clean and the hotel area was quiet. We didn't use the ... pool or any other facilities. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The hotel was located close to major roads making it easy to get to all attractions. Continental breakfast was well ... stocked. Getting to the airport for an early moring flight was just a few minutes away. I'd stay here again.

At check out, guest were complaining about the noise and getting refunds. I wasn't offered one and wasn't even ask if my stay ... was satisfactory.I was also told that I couldn't get a receipt because it would be sent to me. Some guest were talking about the police were called out twice the previous night for the noise.

We had a great time in Nashville. This hotel was clean and in a great location. It also had a breakfast which was a good deal ... since the room was not very expensive. The breakfast was just muffins and things but they do have a waffle iron to make your own waffles.

I arrived in Nashville early before a conference at a more expensive resort to relax and do some shopping. This hotel was ... close to the airport, clean and comfortable. It was inexpensive and had a wonderful breakfast including delicious waffles. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful when I left some items in the room they contacted me right away which shows integrity as well.

Walking into the hotel, I was immediately on gaurd for a rough night. I was pleasantly surprised though. The staff was ... friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel seems to have badly mismanaged in the past in the maintenance area, and new management is headed in the right direction.

We picked this LaQuinta Inn & Suites because it was close to the airport. The location was good, but I would never stay ... there again. The staff was not at all friendly. Did not feel comfortable staying here.

The rooms were older but clean, we did not have hot water the next morning for a shower - we were leaving early and the clerk ... said the hot water had not been on long enough to heat up the water. The evening front desk person was a polite but in no hurry to help with my key issues. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient location if you are traveling through, but I would not want to stay there for an extended period of time.

I went with La Quinta because I knew they were a good value hotel. The room was extremely nice and the staff rated a 10 for ... stellar customer service. I loved the balcony and screen door for my room. I was able to open the door and let the crisp fall wind blow into my room. The only recommendation is that they run the heaters every once in a while to burn off and residual dust.

The LaQuinta Inn near Opryland and the Nashville airport was really comfortable. I really liked having the free high speed ... internet access, the continental breakfast, and accessibilty to some of the other amenities such as the business center, fitness center, etc. The staff was also very friendly, and I'd defintely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

1) Just a note that the Hotel had some problems. When we checked it the Hotel Room smelled of a VERY stong odor of MILDEW ... and the TV did not work in that room. The staff came up quickly and confirmed the bad smell and moved us to a new room. 2) No Smell in the second room but the electrical did not work in the extra plugs so we could not plug in our lap top or cell phone charger. The lamps on two walls did not work and the ice machine on our level was broken and the hallway air conditioner looked like someone kicked it. 3) The contenental morning breakfast was good until I saw a cockroach run accross the counter... I thew the food away. 4) Staff was nice but I was disappoined in that I thought La Quinta was suppost to be a nicer Hotel.

The staff was very courteous & knowledgeable at LaQuinta Inn Briley Parkway Nashville, and polite whenever you asked them ... anything. The hotel was quiet and pleasant. And also it wasn't far from the Opryland Mall and airport. The hotel also provided free shuttle service to airport. But I wish they would offer free shuttle or either for a small fee a shuttle ride to the Opryland mall.
