The room had not been cleaned. The beds had not been made. They made up one bed and left the linenes for the other bed .they ... said they could not make up the bed because we had left some personal items on the bed. They said if I wanted the bed swheets changed to change them myself.forget about the night free if we dont fix the problem. will never stay there again even for a free night.
