Nice, free breakfast, friendly people, clean room, and observed several people with dogs--must be pet friendly. We would not ... definitely stay there again without hesitation. Very convenient location close to the airport. Many pilots and FA staff stay there as well.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before departing from Charlotte airport for vacation. The staff was very friendly and ... helpful. The rooms were clean, nicely equipped, and stylish too! I always appreciate La Quinta's pet-friendly policy and their continental breakfast offered each morning. The airport shuttle was another huge bonus. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend. :)

The hotel shuttle would not go to the downtown area where we needed to be, and on top of that the city bus system didn't run ... on Sunday to the downtown.....we got around that by being shuttled to the airport then took a bus to the downtown.... I have seen cleaner rooms for this price....

Not super impressed. On arrival, phone in room broken. Carpet in room so dirty that if you were barefoot for more than a few ... minutes the bottom of your feet got just black. pillows were not quality. breakfast was from 6-9 but no matter how early you went down they didn't seem prepared. They ran out of too many items (like bananas) very early on. Vending machine on 3rd floor didn't work either. The best part of the hotel was that it was super conviently located. The staff was friendly and did try to be helpful.

This was a trip for business purposes so I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. However, when I was there, I appreciated ... the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the complimentary breakfast and the free shuttle service to the airport. I would recommend the hotel to friends, family and associates and I would stay here again.

Great stay at this hotel. Room was clean, breakfast was adequate. Nothing flashy but nothing that made me want to leave ... either. A little noisy but that could have just been that particular night. I would definately stay here again!

The La Quinta was very clean. The hallway carpet downstairs looked a little dingy but there was a note stating they were ... going to be obtaining new carpet within a few weeks. The employees at the desk were very nice and helpful. The room wasn't very big but it was nice for the four of us, however, the bathroom was quite small. We were happy with our choice of hotels.

The LaQuinta Airport North in Charlotte, NC was very clean and comfortable. My check-in was smooth and fast. The room was ... decorated much like a room in a home. The bed was very comfortable, several pillows were provided for your comfort and the bathroom was supplied with plenty of fresh towels and washcloths. I would recommend these accommodations to anyone.

For a one night stay and for the price, I really couldn't expect much more. My non smoking room smelt like smoke. Staff was ... friendly. Hotel was a little run down, but it looked like the hallway was just painted. Had old furniture in the hallway. I did not feel safe to be out of my room.

La Quinta was very easy to get to from the airport and we were picked up quickly. There was an issue with the driver/manager ... (????) He seemed very flustered and manic and when he got us to the hotel he got behind the desk and continued on with this strange behavior. It was almost comic! He was not rude in any way, we just couldnt figure out why he was so manic....there was no pressure from anyone on the bus or in the lobby. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and the driver on the next morning was exceptional! Very friendly, very happy and most of all, RELAXED! LOL.

People were friendly, but check-in took more than 20 minutes. The front desk did not know if any place delivered food to the ... hotel, so we got food from a nearby gas-station (in a not so nice part of town.) The airport shuttle bus-however was prompt, clean, and friendly. The overall ambiance of the hotel came across as a little dirty in my opinion. I would stay here again if I had to, because it was inexpensive.
