I received confusing directions from the front desk and the hotel location was not as close to the airport as I imagined. ... The hotel room set up was unusual where the sink area was inside the room and shower and toilet were in a separate room instead all being together in one room. And it was not immediately apparent that there was even a closet in the room as it was at the very back to the room and hidden behind mirrored walls. Luckily, we were only there for a few hours sleep.

I only got a salad at the Burger King, but desk person said there was also a Chinese restaurant you could walk to. In general, a very industrial area and not much around, but still a great place to stay for what it is.

Responsive staff, good food. There were a few maintenance issues in the room that needed repair (one lamp wouldn't work, and ... a plate on the floor was coming up, and the bathtub finish was badly peeling).

Okay...but that's it
Big Nov 8, 2009
We were up for a business trip to the Bay Area. This Motel has MOSTLY helpful friendly staff, however, on Saturday morning ... not so. We came down for the morning "contental breakfast" and found stale donuts, and the waffle maker unplugged. We asked for fresher donuts(without the chocolate melted off),and a functional waffle maker. The staff reacted, quietly, and coldly to both requests with definite indifference. Finally she returned with a few donuts, and plugged in the waffle maker, then quickly ran off. While waiting for the waffle maker mix, we ate some cereal( choice of two!),and drank orange juice, and ate a donut. About 10 minutes later, the staff lady reappeared to look at the waffle maker, only to disappear again without a word. After a half hour, while waiting, and "enjoying", the scant other offerings, the waffle maker sat there, unused, without any waffle mix available. The breakfast hours are 6:30AM-9:30AM, and we left at 9:15AM without ever having waffles as promised at check in the night before. One more irritating thing happened the following Morning. It was 8:30AM, we were loading up the van, so we could leave when our card entry key failed to let us back into the building! I tried my wife's key and it did not work either! I then walked around the building to the front office and told the front desk lady of this problem. The staff lady simply smiled and re-programmed the keys, without apology, or explanation as to why the keys were prematurely cancelled. I really enjoy being ignored, inconvenienced, and treated with utter indifference by a staff who rely on the customers for their salaries!

Nana Nov 3, 2009
It was a nice little place not to close to anything but the freeway. I had a hard time falling asleep due to the fact that ... the door doesn't fix right letting in light. As we were getting ready for bed we realized that there was no comforter making our stay a little cold and when we turn the heater on it was too hot.

A_Quick_Night Oct 21, 2009
Hotel is okay if you are just spending the night to catch your plane the following morning. The hotel room is a bit outdated ... (needs cauking in the bathroom and newer HVAC unit), but hi-speed is fine/free. We checked in late at night and then checked out early in the morning so it was okay for the price you pay.
