Comfortable stay. Just in for day at Houston form Los Angeles on business. Nothing special and nothing bad regarding service ... and comfort. Good value at what I paid.

The continental breakfast was good-- loved the waffles! The room was adequate size, beds were comfy and the airconditioning ... good. Though, the closet lacked a door. The cleaning staff was kind enough to leave us a care-package of clean towels, shampoo, etc on the door for the second day even though we had the "do not disturb" sign. However, I was disappointed they would not refund the first night of our reservation because we had to cancel after 6pm the same day.

We have to travel to Texas Children's Hospital for our child's medical condition, and we've been staying at this hotel ever ... since we found it. We appreciate that the bed and bedding is relatively new, the funky pomo decor, and the fact that they always have a clean crib waiting for us. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a family-friendly place. The rooms are a little small, but sleep in a very dark room in a newish bed more than makes up for it.
