So so stay near Kings Island

The rooms needed some work but the rooms were clean. Slightly damaged furniture. Burned out light bulbs, bathroom fan sounded ... like it needed repaired. Plus if your room is near the elevador you will hear it all night. A lot of kids running in the halls.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We have a family of 5 and needed to change rooms to a larger room. The front ... desk staff made us feel that it was not a problem at all and set us up in a new room very quickly. The rooms were very comfortable, but could have been a bit cleaner. A previous guest must have made instant oatmeal as some of it was still stuck to the counter top. We were in Mason for the Men's professional tennis tournamnet, so the hotel was very busy. We wandered down to the lobby/breakfast area at 8:30 am...standing room only...go to breakfast early.

Bed linens, pillows unsatisfactory

Our family just wanted a place to stay for the night. The pillows were so small and flimsy that my neck bothered me the next ... day. The sheet was like tissue paper and the blanket was very worn and tattered looking. Only two sets of towels were provided and although this is not a five star hotel, the basics could have been improved to provide a more comfortable stay.
