This hotel is well located, the room and common areas were clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was ... quiet, the A/C blew cold when I wanted it to, the shower water pressure was good, the wireless Internet worked very well in my room, breakfast was good and plentiful, and the rate I got from Orbitz was great. Honestly - what more could you ask for in Atlanta? My daughter adds that she found it annoying that they did not have conditioner, only "conditioning shampoo" ("it's NOT the same thing, dad...")

This La Quinta was a tremendous value. The room was spacious and spotless. The front desk staff was accommodating and ... affable. The location was ideal, situated just north of Piedmont Park, Midtown, and downtown, and on the fringes of Buckhead. Really, it's hard to imagine a better deal in a major city.

At check in staff was unable to see my credit card info and wanted to charge to my account. I had to pull up my information ... on my computer with my banking information and confirmation from Cheap Tickets to prove that my card had been charged. Staff also placed me in a room that was VERY dirty. Really dark red stains on carpet (looked like ink)in several areas. Hair from previous guest on wash cloths, shower head and shower wall. Urine stains on back of toilet....etc. Did complain but wasn't moved to another room until the next day. So I had to pack up ALL of my things to move to another room. Since this was just the first stop of my vacation, i was frustrated early on.

I enjoyed my stay at LaQuinta. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room attendant was especially nice. ... The breakfast was very good and the hotel is easily accessible to area attractions. We attended Braves baseball games via MARTA which was very close by and easily reachable from the hotel.

My son and I were in Atlanta looking for an apartment for him. We were there for 3 nights. The beds were never made,waste ... basket never emptied and on the second night,we came back to the room to find to find our used towels on the floor with no replacements. The room appeared not to have been entered by housekeeping at all.The ladies at the front desk were very nice but obviously my initial complaints to them were ignored by housekeeping.

arrived late but got room that smelled of cleaning perfume strong smell. but went away next day. phone not working , hot ... water was reveresed in shower. breakfast was cook own waffle and yogourt was very good . 10 min to aquarium so not bad price for location .beds good , staff friendly.

This hotel is located near Midtown, Buckhead and Lenox Mall and it's right off the freeway. So it has good access. Other ... than that, it's pretty ordinary. The breakfast was skimpy but the rooms were clean and the hotel was pretty quiet-- even though a lot of people were staying there during my visit. The staff was friendly.

Free, fast internet access! Better than reviews of '07, 08. Bathroom very clean, as well as bedding and room overall. Very ... nice staff. No credit card "hold" hassles you find at the fancier hotels, when booking thru Orbitz. Smokey smelling room though, even for "non-smoking". Area a bit questionable, edgy and isolated for a single female traveler. Not exactly Buckhead, which is actually on the other side of freeway.

The night we checked in was probably the coldest of the seaeon. The first room we were assigned, the heat would not come on. ... The desk attendant came to the room to try her luck. We eventually were assigned to another room.
