this hotel is approximately a quarter-mile from the falls. A nice walk(I am not into walking much) in a very safe area. ... It's an old motel but nice. Walking distance from the Fallsview casino. There are many restaurants in this area. In resort areas like this it was surprisingly how reasonable the restaurants were. This is the second time I stayed at this property. I think it was excellent for the money.

This is a hotel for someone on a budget. It is old and it really shows, but don't let that stop you from staying here. The ... friendly staff and location more than make up for it. I would definitely stay here again. My wife and I were helped above and beyond what we normally get at a hotel. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and love to help with anything.

No complementary breakfast offered (not even coffee) as stated when I booked this trip. Staff always wanted cash for parking ... ($12 and $4.50 for room key). We could leave the car an hour longer after check out for an additional $5. Staff only accepted cash for those "extra" services as this is probbly their own income. Bought a 4 attractions pass at the hotel. Staff told us to pay cash ($92). When I said I had not that much cash, she said use your debit card and finally when I was ready to walk away, she accepted a credit card. Staff is trying to make extra money off tourists. Not trustworthy at all.

Was charged an additional $3.50 per day because I booked with Orbitz. Beware also the $12 per day parking fee that was not ... mentioned before. Otherwise, good location ( could walk to Falls, lots of cheap, fast food available on Lundy's Lane nearby), cheap price, nice staff

Sketchy staff @ the hotel! But, whatever! Pool and the Hot Tub were really nice; Pretty accessible & in a pretty good ... location. Parking was nice; Would surely stay again, if alone. Not the kind of place you want to bring someone you want to impress. Thanks Orbitz for getting me the best deal. You guys beat everyone on this place!

We arrived fairly late and when we came into the office, no one was around. After saying "hello" a couple of times, someone ... finally appeared. We booked online so only had to get our key. The room smelled funny, like cleaning products, but excessively strong, but didn't really seem that clean. The towels for drying after the shower were very small. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; it was king size but no matter where lying on the bed, could not get comfortable. Waited an extremely long time to check out, so left the office and waited outside. When the previous people were done checking out, we went back in and no one was in the office again. Called out "hello" and a woman came out. We tried asking her a few questions, but she just looked at us, and apparently didn't understand what we were saying. We wanted to leave the car for a couple of hours while we walked down to the falls and ate breakfast and asked if we could leave it, and she wanted to charge us an extra $5. Check-out is at 11 am and this was even before that that we were going for breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel and recommend any other one in the area.

OLDER MOTEL BUT VERY CLEAN, THE BEDS WHERE OK, IT HAD A FRIDGE AND TV. WE COULD WALK TO THE FALLS IN 5 MINUTES. IF YOU LOOK ... YOU CAN FIND SOME RESOMEABLE PRICED FOOD PLACES. NO COFFEE IN THE EARLY A.M. TIM HORTONS IN WALKING DISTANCE. THE PRICES SAVED US A BUNDLE.

The front desk service was slow, not very friendly and unprofessional. The guy who checked me in was in his pjs and was ... talking to someone else through half of the process. The room we had was disgusting, it looked clean enough on the surface but we weren't even there for half an hour before we saw an earwig run under the mini fridge and later she saw more... we had a horrible sleep fearing they were crawling all over us as well as the beds were just down right uncomfortable. We were going to make this our hotel as our first stay wasn't so bad (due the location of extremely close to DragonFly) but I will never stay there again.

Close to the Niagara attractions, which was nice. The pool looked clean, but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. The ... rooms were spacious but worn.

I spend 4 days in this Hotel and only 1 day I receive a room cleaning, towels, bed sheet's etc. The rooms was comfortable and ... the location in good, about 3/4 mile from the falls (walking distance) not have any dinning option in the hotel but you can find some places to eat close to the hotel. The value for the money is good but need a better room cleaning-maintenance

I knew this hotel was not new, so I took my air purifier. Everything was clean enough, and we could see the fireworks ... outside our door on the balcony. The falls were a good hike, but definitely do-able. I would stay there again.

the room didnt look bad but the bathroom wasnt very nice our room had a jet tub but i wouldnt use it. the sheets/blankets ... were not clean. There was a mini refrigerator which was nice but besides that it was a cheap hotel and thats what we got

The beds where very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of the falls. It was a good place to sleep at a ... reasonable price. We were in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The WIFI was not the best unless you were outside but we managed.

This hotel was great for the price and location. You are literally 2 blocks from the falls, and there are places to eat and ... drink all around you within walking distance. The room was a nice size and clean, and we did not have any problems with it. The bathroom was not the fanciest, but was provided with towels, soap and a working shower. There was a refrigerator also. Would reccomend to friends, and family.
