Availability
Performances are held from Tuesday through Saturday at 6:30PM and 9:30PM. There are no performances on Sundays and Mondays.

Additional Information
Category 2 Tickets are located in Sections 101, 103 Rows K to R, Sections 201, 203 Rows BB to DD, or Section 202 Rows EE to NN. This is a 90 minute performance.

Restrictions
Children under the age of five are not permitted into the KA theatre. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No cameras are allowed in the theater. Smoking is not permitted.

Redemption Instructions

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a link to a voucher for each attraction and service. You must print and present the voucher to gain admission or redeem services. A picture ID is required in order to pick up tickets. KA tickets may be picked up at the KA Ticket Office. Hours of operations are 12pm until 11pm Friday through Tuesday.Tickets must be picked up at least 2 hours prior to show time on the date you are attending the performance.

Terms and Conditions

Voucher may be redeemed for admission to KA by Cirque du Soleil. Voucher may only be redeemed once.

Cancellation Rules

Attractions and services cannot be canceled. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially-used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
