hotel was fine but orbitz did not communicate non smoking preference (at least this is the hotel's story). very expensive ... hotel to spend a a miserable night.

In Baltimore for business and fun...the hotel was very convenient for the very touristy Inner Harbor - right across the ... street. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The lobby was lovely, the bathroom was very nice - the room itself was worn. The furniture was very worn. Nice flatscreen tv and very nice bedding. No airport shuttle. No free internet access despite prepayment for such service. Horrible view. I paid an extra $37 for each night to cheaptickets.com for an upgraded room which was SUPPOSED to include free internet access and a harbor view. Got neither and hotel said there was no such thing as a "king deluxe" which is what I had been sold - not fun to try to deal with the hotel separately from cheaptickets.com

we did not spend much time in the hotel but booking through orbitz wasn't that great because i did not get the two rooms ... close together. Our reservtion wasn't met to our needs maybe because of miss comunication. I spend around $1500 for the rooms instead of the $1300 that was qouted so please reply and research the problem.
