Routey people, not enought chairs by the pool. blinds missing, not many tv stations. toilet kept running, pillows too flat. ... Hotel needs a lot of updating. Pictures on intranet much nicer than it was. HOtel very ols Good service. rooms were spacious, Would not stay there again. Price to high for what you get.

the hotel was great..the staff was more than helpful..couldnt ask for better. the room was clean and even came with a plasma ... t.v... which was a step up from last time i stayed there...the only thing couldnt adjust to was that the a.c. didnt want to stay cool enough.but other than that i will definately return in the near future.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures. The rooms are about 40 years old and never updated. The first room we were in the ... sliding glass door would not open and did not have a lock. We moved to a room were the lamp was broken, the phone was broken and there was mildew in the shower. Had to make the children take a shower standing on a towel. The toilet in the room is only about 10-12 inches off of the ground, so unless you are a 3 year old your not gonna like it much. The balcony had a great view of the ocean, except if you wanted to go out there you had to have on your shoes to avoid stepping in the large amount of bird [*]!!! Totaly gross hotel, some one stole my beach chair and to top it all off the only ice machine that the hotel has is on the top floor. The maid came once in our 4 day trip just to drop off some towels, all the other time we had to go steal towels off of the maids cart who never quite made it to the room. DO NOT STAY HERE, unless you dont mind living in like trash!!! Oh, and dont bother complaining they dont care and refuse to give you your money back!!!

The hotel location was great.The pool was nice. Continental breakfast was good.WEdined alot shoppedalot and stayed on the ... beach most of the time.The first room we had, we asked for a none smoking room,our room smelled of smoke so badly we had to switch rooms.The second room, the toilet leaked every time we flushed.The room was'nt very clean.The carpet was very dirty. The sliding glass door to the balcony was very hard to open and close.And the beds were very old and not comfortable at all.I've stayed in better places that was cheaper than this hotel and got cleaner nicer rooms.

First my 2 rooms reserved were not available. Not even one, after 45 minutes, finally one was avail. on one floor, the other ... on another floor entirely. We were seperated for a day and half, when I had ask for adjoining rooms. then the hotel charged me again after I checked out when I had already paid thru orbits. the staff seemed unaware of what they were doing and where they were. it was ridiculous..only part of the room was cleaned, no coffee left, and forget the cont. breakfast, couldn't even find a place to sit down. Guard in the lobby acting as tho they've had problems before. I wouldn't doubt it with that kind of personnel and service.

The Inn on the Beach needs to be torn down or completely remodeled. The first room that we were given was terrible; the ... toilet ran constantly, the sliding glass didn't lock; one of the closet doors was laying in the closet. we complained and were given another room, this was not much better. The 5 days that we stayed a maid never cleaned our room, we were lucky to get clean towels! If I had not already paid for the room through Orbitz WE WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED. It was so bad we left one day early. Our vacation was not what we were hoping for due to this hotel. What a dump!

Never registered and asked for an immediate refund! I was never greeted and was left unattended at the front desk for 10 ... minutes...... Receptionist stood opposite me on her computer and never even looked up. When she did notice me eventually she kept leaving the area and then coming back. She came back the last time and told me the room would not be ready for quite awhile. They already have a very late arrival time of 4:00p.m. I commented that that was unacceptable and asked for a refund to my account. They then proceeded to tell me they couldn't do that and I must deal with Orbitz.

First room, didnt have a TV. When brought to attention of hotel staff, they said we needed to wait 25-30 for a TV as opposed ... to putting us in a new room, they claimed they didnt have any ocean view rooms, when all the rooms are ocean view. After asking again, they moved us to a seperate room, that smelled like mold, didnt have fridge, microwave or hair dryer as advertised. The patio sliding door was broke, toilet paper holder was broke off the wall and the TV was on the verge of dying. This was not a full-service hotel nor did it offer anything it advertised on their website. Hotel staff was not caring or understaffing, they acted inconvenienced and careless.

We stayed here during the Coke Zero 400 for $250.00/night. This place is a total dump, what a rip off. The pictures on ... orbitz are totally misleading. I'm suprised its allowed to remain open. Its old and extremely dirty with an unhappy staff. Our ceiling leaked on the second bed (we were on floor 3 of like 12), they only gave us decaf coffee, there were no towes in the room, the bedding had cigarette burns and the list goes on and on. If everything in town wasn't already booked we would have moved. Staying here ruined our entire weekend getaway. For $250.00/night I expected much more!

The hotel could become a wonderful place to stay because of its location. Although we were told we could check in early, ... when we arrived, the room was not ready; we had no problem with that. When we finally checked in, there were no pillow cases on the pillows, I made 14 phone calls requesting the things that should have been in the room but were not. Finally, I wound up making 4 trips downstairs to where the supplies were kept to get what I needed. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel and would probably stay there again.

The line for both check-in and out was lengthy. Our first room was minimally defined as an efficiency. We had to change ... rooms due to issues with the door lock. Our 2nd room was very nice, with a full kitchen (no dishes or utensils, etc.) Location on the beach was great. We didn't use the pool, but the pool area was very nice.

Our stay at his hotel was horrible! The rooms were small, the sink leaked soaking all our toiletries and we had sattlelite ... television so when it rained the channels went out. It was suppose to be a romantic getaway but it was a weekend from hell!

Hotel was clean, looked just like picture on internet,staff very friendly, pool clean.I took my grandson to Disney while we ... were there. We rode 4 wheelers on the beach, played in ocean, pool,We went up to Speedway and rode go-carts, stopped in St. Augustine on the way home and went to the Alligator Farm. In the words of my grandson (age 7) THIS WAS THE BEST VACATION EVER !!!!!!
